Your Ticket

A ticket confirms your place at the Conference and, unless stated otherwise at purchase, includes the sessions, meals and materials described on the booking page. We may adjust the detailed running order: for instance, speakers, room allocations, and exact timings, without this affecting your right to attend.

Payment

Tickets are paid for by card or bank transfer at the point of booking. Your place is confirmed only once payment has cleared in full. You will receive a Hungarian-law-compliant invoice by email.

Changes We Might Make

We reserve the right to change the venue, speakers or running order where reasonably necessary. If we change the date or venue in a way that prevents you attending, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 30 days before the Conference: full refund.
• 15–30 days before the Conference: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 15 days before the Conference: no refund, but you may transfer your place to someone else free of charge.
• If we cancel the Conference: full refund.

Conduct

We may refuse admission, or remove you from the Conference, if your conduct is disruptive, unlawful, or puts other attendees at risk. No refund is due in these circumstances.

Photography & Filming

The Conference will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to appear in this material unless you opt out — you can do this by marking your badge at registration, or telling a member of staff on the day.

Your Data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Notice, available separately. Booking a ticket does not sign you up to marketing communications; that is a separate, explicit choice.

Liability

You attend the Conference at your own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage except where caused by our negligence, and nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We recommend you arrange your own travel insurance.

Force Majeure

If an event outside our reasonable control (including, without limitation, extreme weather, strikes, or government action) prevents the Conference from going ahead as planned, we will offer you a reschedule or a refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
